Horizon Uptown will consist of up to four million square feet of commercial office and flex space and 1.3 million square feet of retail space. At build-out, there will be approximately 3,800 residential units and 11,000 employees on the site. Horizon Uptown is also among a select group of sustainable developments nationwide chosen by the U.S. Green Building Council to participate in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) Pilot Program. Projects will meet standards for urban planning, green construction, education and job opportunities and transportation and technology initiatives. |
